I am able to supply energy performance certificates as well as the home information pack for freehold and leasehold properties. I can offer flexible working. including evening and weekend appointments.
As an ex police officer you can be confident you are sending a trustworthy individual into peoples homes. Once you have ordered the HIP or EPC you will be sent a confirmation so that you can market the property. I then get in touch with the vendor to make arrangements to carry out the energy assessment and you just have to sit back and wait for the pack to arrive. (usually within 5 working days) Our prices are very competitive and you gain the advantage of a local assessor with good knowledge of the local area, including panning regualtions.
I am happy to work with agents and solicitors as your sole provider, shared provider or as a back up (for in house DEA's) You will get a login and password tomy order site which is quick and easy to use. There is no minimu limit and the price will stay the same wether you order 1 or 1000
